Shipping questions
When will I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships — usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. It's emailed to the address you used at checkout.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days
Tracking can pause while a package moves between carriers or facilities. If there's no update for 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.
It says delivered but I can't find it
Check with neighbors and your mailroom, and give it 48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early. Still missing? Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Can I change my shipping address?
Only before your order ships. Email us your order number and the new address right away.
