Returns

We offer a 100-Day Blister-Free Guarantee. Within 100 days of delivery, you can request a refund or exchange for any reason. Your return or refund request must be received within this 100-day period. Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us at support@toevida.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Our 100-Day Blister-Free Guarantee

Wear your Toevida socks for up to 100 days. If they don't make your walks and runs more comfortable, email us and we'll refund the price of the product, even if the socks have been worn and washed. For hygiene reasons, you do not need to send worn socks back unless we specifically ask you to. The guarantee applies once per customer and covers one bundle per order. Orders placed for resale are not eligible.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Gift cards
• Items purchased on final sale

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before making a return request.

Exchanges

We want you to love your Toevida socks. If you need a different size or colour, we offer exchanges to make it right.

To start an exchange, contact us at support@toevida.com. Please note: we allow one exchange per order.

You can exchange unworn socks for a different size or colour, but exchanges for different products are not accepted. If your requested size or colour is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.

United Kingdom Customers

If you live in the UK, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items returned under this right must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. This is in addition to our 100-Day Blister-Free Guarantee and does not affect your other statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return or guarantee request is approved, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@toevida.com.

Bundles & Free Pairs

Bundle offers such as "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" are priced as a set. If you return part of a bundle, your refund is calculated on the discounted price you actually paid. Free pairs cannot be refunded separately.

Return Shipping

To return a product, you must first contact us at support@toevida.com to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until it has been processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but it is still covered by this policy.
